Isabel Henriques is a clinical psychologist, founder and director of the Mental Health Clinic – Isabel Henriques. Her career spans borders, from the Netherlands to Portugal, reflecting a vision of mental health that combines scientific rigor, human sensitivity, and an integrative, person-centered approach. For years, Isabel ran her own clinic in Amsterdam, where she worked with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and doctors, consolidating innovative practices in clinical psychology and deepening forms of intervention that respect the uniqueness of each person. It was from this international experience that the desire to bring a differentiated approach to Portugal was born, adapted to local needs, where each therapeutic process is built with attention, care, and integrity. In Coimbra and Lisbon, Isabel applies this vision in a unique way, leading a team of psychologists who share her commitment to human and ethical care. Here, each intervention is conceived in an integrative and personalized way, reflecting the combination of international experience and genuine attention to the needs of those seeking psychological support.
